Erika has improved many players and confidence leading them to play at higher levels, top clubs team, and indeed some of them have been recruited by ODP (Olympic Devlopment Program) and youth national teams. She has worked with players from the age of 7-18 years old. A myriad of players coached by Erika are playing with top club teams such as FC Legends, Slammers, Blues, Eclipse and more. Erika is the perfect female role model to many players due to her talent and experience as a player and as a trainer.
